A real animal with a strong, durable immune system that prefers the cold places. It preys on anything nature provides and transforms it into all kinds of delicacies for the connoisseurs.

One of the strongest lager yeasts. Mainly recommended for Bak type beers. Has a higher alcohol tolerance than most lager yeasts. Despite its high attenuation it still has a malty aftertaste. Raising the temperature for the diacetyle rest is advised.
