The most loyal comrade in combat armed with German precision. Not even the harshest conditions will stop him; he will always deliver the same quality no matter what he’s surrounded by. Treat him with warmth and he will surprise you with unexpected fruitiness. The second best yeast for fermenting ales.

Recommended for any ale especially Kolsch types. Similar to McGyver but more adapted to colder conditions. Low in diacetyl and has a low ester character. Fermenting at higher temperatures will result in a smooth fruity flavour.
