Our newest yenkie's mission is to bring the message of peace for the whole world, but not by weapons but its malty taste. A few sip, and it leaves you just as calm and silent as the ocean itself.

Strain from the Pacific Northwest. Emphasizes the malt, while leaves easter at low level. Can be used widely from English mild to American IPA. Flocculates well, leaving the beer amazingly clean.
