A true English dame, one of London’s most prestigious. Usually reserved, but anyone se touches will instantly feel the fire and passion within. Not the one for discretion, she’s a whirlwind of gossip but has other qualities to make up for that.

A yeast similar to British Bulldog, but settles harder enabling it to ferment a dryer brew. In return it generates less diacetyl. Its ester profile is similar to that of its bulldog sibling, making it an excellent choice for English bitter beers.
